The south-facing farmhouse gîte, which is French Tourist Board accredited, forms part of a carefully restored tuffeau stone stable block and sleeps 4/8 people. There are two ground-floor bedrooms: 1/. A twin-bedded room with a separate w.c. and an adjacent bathroom featuring a sunken bath. 2/. An en-suite double bedroom with a walk-in shower. There are twin beds on the mezzanine.
'La Ferme' features a large open plan kitchen/dining-room/sitting-room with a sofa-bed for those wishing to sleep eight. The kitchen has a wall-mounted fan oven; microwave; separate gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer & washing machine. A large conservatory/dining room gives onto an inner courtyard where a 12 by 6 metre heated pool is located. This gîte has exclusive use of a large shaded terrace area with tables chairs & BBQ which gives onto a tranquil, mature, south-facing garden.
