I am a non-smoking multiskilled maintenance technician / engineer who is quite handy doing other jobs. Electrical and electronic plus mechanical maintenance with plumbing skills are number 1's, including computers, domestic white goods, industrial and agricultural equipment. I am quite independent, clean, sober, quiet, healthy and semi-retired at 60 and would like a room and to share other parts of your place. I can look after myself, do my own housework, sort out my own meals so I am no burden whatsoever.
